If
you are unhappy and unsuccessful then you must be lacking mental energy. The
ability to instantaneously adapt to change after seeing, hearing and
understanding things is mental energy. If, even after reading, listening and
experiencing a lot of good things, there is no change in yourself then know for
sure that you lack mental energy.
And
if you lack mental energy, you will be compelled to suffer for days and months even
over minor setbacks! Even a trivial matter will drown you into the abyss of
anxiety. If you are a victim of such mental debility then you must read good
psychological content for at least fifteen minutes a day, as there is no other
way to increase your mental strength...
