Satya Nadella’s Appointment As Microsoft’s CEO Is A Matter Of Pride For Every Indian …But We Also Have Something To Learn From This!

Today is definitely a very important day for all the Indians. A Hyderabad-born Indian has been appointed as the CEO of the world’s biggest software company! And for this, firstly Satya Nadella’s talent is certainly worth applauding.
But, the psychological facts behind this one development also need to be understood; as there are ample incognito lessons for us to learn from it. And the biggest secret hidden among these is that of the progress of the United States of America. Because, this topic needs to be pondered upon as to how a merely 650-years-ago-discovered America has become a world superpower?
So, it is the generosity of America’s culture that moving away from religion and caste bias they can grant such high positions to a deserving individual. For, over there talent is given importance over the individual’s religion, caste or country. Whereas here in India, along with religion and caste, there is also a lot of discrimination based on the family one belongs to as well as crony-bias. We always end up being muddled between Hindu-Muslim and Indian-Pakistani. We give more importance to relations rather than talent. We remain relegated within the boundaries of domestic and foreign.
No…! We are all human beings and it is only talents and qualities that are of utmost importance. Until and unless we do not adopt such large-heartedness, we will not be able to soar to great heights, in spite of being the world’s oldest culture. So come, taking a cue from this let’s bring about a change within ourselves and make our country the best in the world!
