One Pakistan – Many Problems
Pakistan has become an incurable disease for India. Don’t feel like continuing a dialogue with them, yet ending the conversation doesn’t seem to be a solution.
If Pakistan becomes weak, then there is the fear of infiltration, and if it becomes powerful, then the fear of hundreds of problems cropping up.
Declaring war with it, is inviting grave destruction and without waging a war for how long can all this even be tolerated?
Is Pakistan our neighbouring country or our marriage partner?! The more you try to resolve the issues, the more friction it brings. If you have any concrete solution for any of these two problems, please let me know.

बुद्धि के ऑइलिंग के लिए चिंतन जरूरी है आओ चिंतन करें कि सोने की खरीद अच्छी या बुरी?
विषय चाहे कोई भी हो, उस पर गहरे से चिंतन करना और बात को अच्छे से समझना हमेशा जीवन को आगे बढ़ाने वाला सिद्ध होता है। क्योंकि चिंतन की आदत मनुष्य के भीतर छिपी गहरी इंटेलिजेंस को जगाने में बड़ी सहायक होती है।
लेकिन यहां चिंतन व सोचने का फर्क मालूम होना भी जरूरी है। और यदि एक वाक्य में वह फर्क कहूं तो विषयों पर ऊपरी नजर फिराते हुए जल्दबाजी में कुछ कहने की आदत सोचना है, जो अक्सर एक मूर्खता साबित होती है। ...चिंतन का अर्थ विषय की गहराइयों में क्रमशः उतरना है। और गहराई में उतरकर विषय के दोनों पहलू जानने होते हैं। क्योंकि यह हमेशा ध्यान रख लेना कि विषय कोई भी हो, उसके अच्छे-बुरे दोनों पहलू होते ही हैं। यूं भी यदि किसी विषय का अच्छा या बुरा एक ही पहलू हो तो उसपर चिंतन की जरूरत ही कहां बची? फिर तो निर्णय करना बड़ा आसान हो जाता है। सो उम्मीद करता हूँ कि आप अपनी भीतरी इंटेलिजेंस जगाने हेतु चिंतन की आदत डालेंगे। ध्यान रहे, जैसे घर, गाड़ी और शरीर की साफ सफाई यानी ऑइलिंग जरूरी है, उसी तरह मन-बुद्धि की भी ऑइलिंग जरूरी होती है।
तो आज आप इस पर विचार करो कि सोने की खरीद अच्छी है या बुरी। यह तो सभी जानते हैं कि सोने का सर्वाधिक मोह भारत में है। आम जनता के पास सर्वाधिक सोना भी भारत में ही है। यह भी आप जानते होंगे कि सोने का हम आयात ही करते हैं। और यह कहने की कतई जरूरत नहीं कि इस आयात का असर देश की अर्थव्यवस्था पर भी पड़ता है। सोने की आयात डॉलर को मजबूती प्रदान करती है। यदि भारत की आमप्रजा सोने का मोह कम कर दे तो डॉलर धड़ाम से गिर पड़े। और डॉलर कमजोर हो जाए तो देश की अर्थव्यवस्था काफी सुधर जाए।
...लेकिन यह तो बात का एक भी पहलू हुआ। इस बात का दूसरा पहलू यह भी हैं कि इस सोने के मोह के कारण देश के गरीब-से-गरीब परिवार के पास आज कुछ-न-कुछ पूंजी एकत्रित हो जाती है। बहू-बेटियों को सोना देने के रिवाज के कारण आज उनका भविष्य सुरक्षित हो रहा है। यदि ये दोनों परंपराएं टूट जाएं तो काफी संभावना है कि गरीब पूंजीहीन हो जाए, और महिलाओं के पास जिसे वे अपनी कह सके, ऐसी कोई पूंजी ही न बचे।
तब सवाल यह कि ऐसे में करना क्या चाहिए? बस इस विषय के तमाम पहलुओं पर मैं आपके विचार आमंत्रित करता हूँ। ध्यान रहे, अच्छे व गहरे विषयों पर सोचना और राय देना आपकी छिपी इंटेलिजेंस को जगाने में बड़ी सहायक होती है।

Reflection is necessary to provide the brain with stimulus Come Let Us Reflect – Is The Purchase of Gold Good or Bad?
Be
it any subject, a good understanding and deeply meditating over it
always proves to enrich life, because the habit of being reflective
helps awaken the innate intelligence of man.
But here it is necessary to know the difference between meditating and thinking. And if stated in one sentence then, the habit of hastily making statements having only superficial knowledge about the subject is thinking, which often proves foolish. Whereas to meditate over something means gradually delving into the depth of the subject. And thereupon, it is imperative to know both the sides of the story, for you should always remember, whatever the subject be, there is always a positive and a negative side to it. If there is a topic with only one side to it, be it good or bad, then where is the need for reflection? In that case, it becomes easy to make a decision. So I am hoping that you will develop the habit of deeper reflection in order to awaken your innate intelligence. Remember, just as your house, body and car require cleaning and oiling, the mind and the brain also require regular stimulus.
So today contemplate over the subject, whether the habit of buying gold is good or bad? Everyone knows that the greatest affinity for gold is in India. The maximum amount of gold lying with the common people is also in India. You must be aware that India is the largest importer of gold. Needless to say, these imports also adversely affect the economy as gold imports strengthen the dollar. If the Indian populace reduce their affinity for gold, the dollar will fall flat! And if the dollar weakens, there can be a significant improvement in our economy.
…But this is only one aspect of it. There is also another aspect wherein due to this affinity for gold, even the poorest family in India today have some savings for themselves. The tradition of gifting gold to daughters and daughter-in-laws has continued to provide security for their future. If both these traditions are broken, then it is highly possible that the poor will have no capital and the women will have no savings which they can claim as theirs!
Then the question is, what needs to be done in such a scenario? I invite your thoughts on all the facets of this subject. Kindly note, thinking about good and insightful subjects and giving opinions on the same helps in stimulating your latent intelligence.

Reflection is Necessary What is it that these terrorists are achieving With the attack on Kenya and Pakistan? Upon contemplation they will realize, ultimately, they are the ones at loss.
Indeed,
each and every act of terrorism is very unfortunate. But no madness can
ever be greater than the fanaticism propagated in the name of religion!
Because religion considers every man a human being and endows him with
the freedom to think on his own. Anything that attempts to restrain
human thoughts cannot be religion, but is fanaticism. And in the end,
every kind of extremism calls upon a calamity on oneself.
If the terrorists who carried out the attack in Kenya assume that they killed non-Muslims or those in Peshawar, Pakistan think that they targeted non-Muslims… then, they should also look at the final consequences of their acts. In Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Egypt and many other Islamic countries, every year millions of Muslims are being killed by their own brethren. Because the word ‘fanaticism’ itself implies the psychology of enmity and hatred against humanity; and once this psychology is deeply rooted, nothing can be done about it. If not outsiders, then our very own, but killing becomes a must for them.
This is not the end result of one, but of every fanaticism. Remember, it is not the human being, but his psychology that is fanatical. And psychology can’t comprehend anything beyond a point. All it knows is, if killing is the aim, then people have to be killed. Anyone, anyhow! Doesn’t matter!
Hence, all Muslims should become alert. They should not only protect themselves from such fanaticism, but criticize it as well. Human life is a wonderful opportunity bestowed upon human beings to live and love. Hence, please don’t digress from the very purpose of your life. At the same time, the people of other religions should also be on their guard and bury the fanaticism growing in their respective religions even before it raises its hood. Always bear in mind that the end result of every kind of extremism is ultimately self-destruction.

ही हर प्रकार की कट्टरता दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। परंतु धर्म के नाम पर की जाने
वाली कट्टरता से बढ़कर और कोई पागलपन हो ही नहीं सकता। क्योंकि धर्म तो
मनुष्य को मनुष्य समझकर विचारों की स्वतंत्रता देता है। जो भी धर्म के नाम
पर मनुष्य के विचारों को बांधना चाहे वह धर्म नहीं कट्टरता ही है। और हर कट्टरता का परिणाम हमेशा खुद ही के लिए नाशक होता है।
यदि केन्या पर हमला करने वाले आंतकी यह समझते हैं कि हमने गैर-मुस्लिमों को मारा या पाकिस्तान के पेशावर में उन्होंने गैर-मुस्लिमों को निशाना बनाया... तो थोड़ा वे उसका अंतिम परिणाम भी देख लें। अफगानिस्तान, इराक, मिस्र, सीरिया और तमाम मुस्लिम देशों में हर वर्ष लाखों मुस्लिम ही मुस्लिमों द्वारा मारे जा रहे हैं। क्योंकि कट्टरता का अर्थ ही मनुष्य से दुश्मनावट की मानसिकता है। और एकबार यह मानसिकता बन गई फिर कुछ नहीं हो सकता। बाहर के न मिले तो अपने ही सही, पर मारना जरूरी है।

name of Mr. Narendra Modiji has been declared by the BJP as their
candidate for the post of the Prime Minister. It is in the best of their
interests, as this was much needed to keep the enthusiasm of the BJP
workers alive. At the same time, it is the earnest desire of many people
in the country to see Modiji seated at
the Prime Minister's post. Apart from that, the said announcement was
the best political option to heighten Modiji's stature before the
upcoming assembly elections to be held in five states. As the party is
expected to perform well in those states, it can prove to be a good
opportunity for the BJP to create a pro- Modi atmosphere by linking the
said assembly verdicts with the ongoing Modi wave.
Now, pointers and calculations are right at their place, but there is another psychological facet to it, which indicates towards something very different.
Truly speaking, keeping in mind the series of the current psychological events happening in the BJP and other parties of the country, to me, the possibility of Madhya Pradesh’s Chief Minister, Mr. Shivraj Singh Chauhan becoming the Prime Minister seems very strong.
Given the psychological warfare being played out in the country’s political arena, this seems to be the strongest possibility to me! Before we proceed, clearly understand that it is a man’s psychology that prompts his next action. Needless to say that the steps he takes builds his future. This is the reason why nothing else but psychoanalysis is the most accurate way to forecast the possibilities. So let us evaluate every aspect that we perceive.
A. Obviously, the Congress is unable to repeat its past performance.
B. The chances of the BJP increasing its tally are high!
C. BJP has already projected Narendra Modi as the Prime Ministerial candidate, unofficially at least.
D. Narendra Modi’s psychology is set at not being able to listen to other people for long. He always wants the reins of power to be solely in his hands. The state of the VHP and RSS in Gujarat is enough to understand his centralized power theory.
E. The speed with which in a matter of few months he has brought the BJP and its election committee under his control, proves once again his need to wield power over everything.
F. Similarly, leaders like Advani, Shatrughan Sinha, Yashwant Sinha, Sushil Modi and Shivraj Singh Chauhan or whoever made statements against Modi, how they were disgraced is known to everybody. It clearly shows how within three months of entering the national arena he has controlled the entire party. And he must be saluted for his extraordinary leadership skills.
G. Nevertheless, all this is about Modi and his capabilities. But the problem is, from the RSS to the top leaders of the BJP, everybody is aware of his dominating nature. It is also established that neither the RSS nor the top leaders of the BJP would enjoy being subdued.
H. Then why will they come together to take Modi ahead? Definitely to encash his popularity! So that with Modi’s help, BJP can gain 20-25 seats more! And in all likelihood this is highly possible.
...So far so good, but then what? Moving on, two things are very clear. Firstly, BJP may secure close to 150 seats. Even considering another 17 odd seats from allies, the tally would reach only 167. And to become the Prime Minister a candidate requires 272 seats; meaning, they will be falling short of 105 seats. Now the game gets interesting from here. In this scenario, I don’t see other parties coming together under Modi’s umbrella and offering their support. Secondly, I don’t see the RSS and the top BJP leaders (with the exception of Arun Jaitley) accepting Modi wholeheartedly.
...Hence, I see the ball bouncing back into Advani’s court. And Advani at this age may not like to stretch his limbs to become a Prime Minister. Therefore I see him proposing the name of Shivraj Singh Chauhan only. It is also evident that only Advani will be able to garner the support of other parties. And it is clear that he will not seek this support on the condition that Modi becomes the Prime Minister.
Going by the popular belief, if the BJP does form a government, then Arun Jaitley or Sushma Swaraj should be the Prime Minister. But the possibility of this happening is negligible as well! Firstly, I see them expending their abilities in preventing the other from becoming the Prime Minister. Secondly, their lack of administrative experience may also go against them.
...In this scenario, Shivraj Singh Chauhan is the only remaining option. And recently, by donning a skull cap at the community Eid Function, he gave a hint of him being in the running for the Prime Minister’s post. It is possible that he could have done this at the behest of Advani. So in totality, if you link everything, then after the elections I do not see Modi getting the support of the BJP, its allies or the RSS. Then the big question is, are the BJP and RSS using Modi merely to secure 20-30 seats more?
...In the midst of all these possibilities, if we talk about Modi – he has been setting his eyes on the BJP somehow securing 175 seats, maybe then his dreams will be fulfilled. And with the support of 15 MPs from allies and 25 from Jayalalitha and Chandrababu Naidu, his total will reach 215. The remaining is around 55, and Modi may think that this can be managed. But in my view, garnering the support of 55 seats in Modi’s name sounds like a difficult task which is equivalent to acquiring the support of 120 seats on any other person’s name. To tell you the truth, after Vanzara’s statements, even that seems unlikely. Maybe even Chandrababu and Jayalalitha too will not be ready to provide their support easily after his statements. On the other hand, I don’t see the BJP getting even 175 seats.
So, the conclusion that can be drawn from all the psychological aspects is that if the BJP government is formed, then Shivraj Singh Chauhan may be the dark horse running for the Prime Minister’s position.
Let me clarify here, that there is no agenda behind all the psychological analysis done by me. It is not my intention to promote or denigrate anyone and neither do I want to take sides. I only want the people to nurture their ability to begin thinking at the psychological level. Because it is only by analyzing psychologically, one can make life better… And I want to see everyone’s life improving for the better.

क्या शिवराजसिंह चौहान अगले प्रधानमंत्री होंगे?
बीजेपी ने मोदीजी को प्रधानमंत्री का उम्मीदवार
घोषित कर दिया है। अच्छी बात है, क्योंकि बीजेपी कार्यकताओं के जोश के लिए
यह आवश्यक भी था। साथ ही देश में कई अन्य लोग भी मोदिजी को प्रधानमंत्री पद
पर देखना चाहते ही हैं। इसके अलावा मोदिजी का कद बढ़ाने हेतु भी पांच
राज्यों में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनावों के पूर्व यह घोषणा एक श्रेष्ठ
राजनैतिक विकल्प था ही। क्योंकि इन चुनावों में बीजेपी के अच्छे प्रदर्शन
की उम्मीद है ही, सो इन चुनावी नतिजों से बीजेपी को
मोदी-लहर से जोड़कर माहौल बनाने का एक अच्छा मौका मिल जाएगा। अब बात और
गणित तो सब सही है, परंतु इस पूरी बात का एक सायकोलाजिकल पहलू भी है और जो
किसी और बात की ओर इशारा कर रहा है। और सच कहूं तो बीजेपी व देश की अन्य
पार्टियों में चल रही वर्तमान सायकोलोजिकल सिक्वन्स पर गौर किया जाए तो
मुझे तो मध्यप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराजसिंह चौहान के ही प्रधानमंत्री
बनने की संभावना ज्यादा नजर आ रही है।
देश के राजनैतिक पटल पर खेले जा रहे सायकोलोजिकल युद्ध से तो यही संभावना सबसे ज्यादा प्रबल नजर आ रही है। बात आगे बढ़ाऊं उससे पूर्व यह अच्छे से समझ लें कि मनुष्य की सायकोलोजी ही उसके भविष्य का स्टेप तय करती है। और कहने की जरूरत नहीं कि लिया हुआ स्टेप ही भविष्य तय करता है। इस कारण संभावनाओं की फोरकास्ट जितनी पक्की सायकोलोजिकल एनालिसिस से की जा सकती है, अन्य किसी बात से नहीं। तो हम अभी यह जो संभावना दिख रही है, उसके तमाम पहलुओं की समीक्षा करें।
A. जाहिरी तौर पर कांग्रेस अपना पुराना परफॉरमन्स नहीं दोहरा रही है।
B. बीजेपी की सीटें बढ़कर आने की प्रबल संभावना बनी ही हुई है।
C. बीजेपी ने नरेंद्र मोदी को अन-ऑफिसियली PM का उम्मीदवार घोषित कर ही दिया है।
D. नरेंद्र मोदीजी की सायकोलोजी तय है कि वे किसी की ज्यादा दिन सुन नहीं सकते। सत्ता के सम्पूर्ण सूत्र उन्हें हमेशा पूरे-के-पूरे अपने हाथ में चाहिए होते हैं। गुजरात में विहिप व RSS का हाल उनकी इस जिद्द को उजागर करने हेतु पर्याप्त है।
E. साथ ही जिस तेजी से उन्होंने चन्द माह में ही बीजेपी की चुनाव समिति व बीजेपी पर नियंत्रण पाया है, उन्होंने अपनी सम्पूर्ण नियंत्रण पा लेने की क्षमता एकबार फिर से सिद्ध कर ही दी है।
F. वैसे ही आडवाणीजी, शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा, यशवंत सिन्हा, सुशील मोदी, शिवराजसिंह चौहान जैसे जिन-जिन नेताओं ने मोदीजी के खिलाफ बयान दिए उन्हें किस तरह अपमान सहना पड़ा यह सभी जानते हैं। ...यानी राष्ट्रीय पटल पर आने के तीन माह में उन्होंने पूरी पार्टी को नियंत्रित कर लिया है। वैसे उनकी इस अद्भुत नेतृत्व-क्षमता हेतु उन्हें सलाम करना ही होगा।
G. परंतु यह तो हुई मोदीजी और उनकी क्षमता की बात। लेकिन सवाल यह कि उनकी इस क्षमता और जिद्द से RSS से लेकर बीजेपी के शीर्ष नेतृत्व तक सब वाकिफ हैं ही। यह भी तय है कि न तो RSS और न ही शीर्ष नेतागण मोदीजी से इस कदर दबना कभी पसंद करेंगे।
H. तो फिर वे सब मिलकर मोदीजी को आगे क्यों लाए? निश्चित ही उनकी लोकप्रियता को भुनाने हेतु। ताकि मोदीजी के सहारे बीजेपी की बीस-पच्चीस सीटें बढ़ सके। और यह संभव है ही।
...यहां तक तो सब ठीक, परंतु आगे क्या? आगे दो बातें स्पष्ट हैं। बीजेपी को 150 के करीब सीटें आ सकती है। ऐसे में 17 एक सीटें सहयोगियों की मान भी ली जाए तो भी 167 ही होती है। और प्रधानमंत्री बनने हेतु 272 चाहिए यानी 105 के करीब कम पड़ती है। और खेल यहीं से जमता दिखाई दे रहा है। उस समय एक तो मोदीजी के नाम पर अन्य पार्टियों से सहयोग मिलता नजर नहीं आ रहा है, और दूसरा RSS या बीजेपी का शीर्ष नेतृत्व (अरुण जेटलीजी को छोड़कर) मोदी को दिल से स्वीकारे, ऐसा नजर नहीं आता है। ...यानी बॉल वापस आडवाणीजी के कोर्ट में जाती नजर आ रही है। और आडवाणीजी इस उम्र में शायद खींचतान कर प्रधानमंत्री बनना पसंद न करें। अतः वे शिवराजसिंह चौहान को ही आगे करते नजर आ रहे हैं। यहां यह भी तय है कि अन्य पार्टियों से सहयोग सिर्फ आडवाणीजी ही ला सकते हैं। और यह भी तय है कि वे मोदीजी के प्रधानमंत्री बनने की शर्त पर समर्थन नहीं ही जुटाएंगे।
तो फिर सामन्य मान्यता के अनुसार यदि बीजेपी की गवर्नमेंट बनती है तो अरुण जेटली या सुषमा स्वराज प्रधानंमत्री होने चाहिए। परंतु उनकी भी संभावना नहीं पर ही है। एक तो वे दोनों एकदूसरे को न बनने देने में सक्षम नजर आते हैं। दूसरा उनको प्रशासनिक अनुभव न होना भी उनके खिलाफ जा सकता है।
...अब ऐसे में शिवराजसिंह चौहान एकमात्र विकल्प बचे रह जाते हैं। और हाल ही में उन्होंने एक सार्वजनिक ईद-मिलन समारोह में टोपी पहनकर अपने प्रधानमंत्री बनने की दावेदारी एक तरीके से पेश कर भी दी है। संभावना यह भी नजर आती ही है कि ऐसा उन्होंने आडवाणीजी के इशारों पर ही किया हो। कुल-मिलाकर इन सारी कड़ियों को मिलाया जाए तो चुनावों के बाद मोदीजी को ना तो बीजेपी, न तो सहयोगी...और ना ही आर.एस.एस. से प्रधानमंत्री पद हेतु समर्थन मिलता दिखाई दे रहा है। ऐसे में एक बड़ा सवाल यह भी उठता है कि क्या बीजेपी और आर.एस.एस 25-30 सीटें ज्यादा लाने हेतु मोदीजी की लोकप्रियता का कहीं इस्तेमाल कर रही हैं?
...वहीं इन तमाम संभावनाओं के बीच मोदीजी की बात की जाए तो वे शायद एक ही संभावना पर आशा रखे हुए नजर आते हैं कि बीजेपी को कैसे भी कर 175 के करीब सीटें मिल जाएं तो शायद उनकी नैया पार लग जाए। तब 15 सहयोगी और 25 के करीब जयललिता व चन्द्रबाबू के सांसदों का सहयोग उन्हें मिल सकता है। ऐसे में उनका टोटल 215 तक पहुंच जाता है। फिर बचे 55 के करीब, तो शायद मोदीजी सोच सकते हैं कि उसकी जुगाड़ हो जाएगी। परंतु सच कहूं तो मुझे मोदीजी के नाम पर 55 का समर्थन जुटाना उस वक्त भी अन्य किसी के नाम पर 120 का समर्थन जुटाने जैसा भारी ही लग रहा है। खासकर वंजारा के बयान के बाद तो मोदीजी के नाम पर मुझे तो जयललीता या चंद्राबाबू नायडु भी आसानी से राजी होते नजर नहीं आ रहे हैं। वहीं दूसरी ओर बीजेपी की 175 सीटें आती दिख भी नहीं रही है। और साथ ही वंजारा के बयान के बाद जयललीता व चंद्रबाबू भी समर्थन हेतु बड़ी मशक्कत करवाए, ऐसा लग ही रहा है।
सो, तमाम सायकोलोजिकल पहलू का तारण यही है कि यदि बीजेपी की गवर्नमेंट बननी है तो शिवराज सिंह चौहान इन चुनावों बाद प्रधानमंत्री पद के डार्क हॉर्स हो सकते हैं।
यहां यह स्पष्ट कर दूं कि इन तमाम सायकोलोजिकल एनालिसिस के पीछे का मेरा कोई मकसद किसी को ऊंचा-नीचा दिखाने का या किसी का पक्ष लेने का नहीं है। मैं सिर्फ लोगों में सायकोलोजिकल तरीके से सोचने की क्षमता निखारना चाहता हूँ। क्योंकि मनुष्य की बढ़ी सायकोलोजिकल एनालिसिस की क्षमता उसे कहां-से-कहां ले जा सकती है। ...और मैं हर एक का जीवन ज्यादा-से-ज्यादा आबाद देखना चाहता हूँ।

...अब ऐसे में शिवराजसिंह चौहान एकमात्र विकल्प बचे रह जाते हैं। और हाल ही में उन्होंने एक सार्वजनिक ईद-मिलन समारोह में टोपी पहनकर अपने प्रधानमंत्री बनने की दावेदारी एक तरीके से पेश कर भी दी है। संभावना यह भी नजर आती ही है कि ऐसा उन्होंने आडवाणीजी के इशारों पर ही किया हो। कुल-मिलाकर इन सारी कड़ियों को मिलाया जाए तो चुनावों के बाद मोदीजी को ना तो बीजेपी, न तो सहयोगी...और ना ही आर.एस.एस. से प्रधानमंत्री पद हेतु समर्थन मिलता दिखाई दे रहा है। ऐसे में एक बड़ा सवाल यह भी उठता है कि क्या बीजेपी और आर.एस.एस 25-30 सीटें ज्यादा लाने हेतु मोदीजी की लोकप्रियता का कहीं इस्तेमाल कर रही हैं?
...वहीं इन तमाम संभावनाओं के बीच मोदीजी की बात की जाए तो वे शायद एक ही संभावना पर आशा रखे हुए नजर आते हैं कि बीजेपी को कैसे भी कर 175 के करीब सीटें मिल जाएं तो शायद उनकी नैया पार लग जाए। तब 15 सहयोगी और 25 के करीब जयललिता व चन्द्रबाबू के सांसदों का सहयोग उन्हें मिल सकता है। ऐसे में उनका टोटल 215 तक पहुंच जाता है। फिर बचे 55 के करीब, तो शायद मोदीजी सोच सकते हैं कि उसकी जुगाड़ हो जाएगी। परंतु सच कहूं तो मुझे मोदीजी के नाम पर 55 का समर्थन जुटाना उस वक्त भी अन्य किसी के नाम पर 120 का समर्थन जुटाने जैसा भारी ही लग रहा है। खासकर वंजारा के बयान के बाद तो मोदीजी के नाम पर मुझे तो जयललीता या चंद्राबाबू नायडु भी आसानी से राजी होते नजर नहीं आ रहे हैं। वहीं दूसरी ओर बीजेपी की 175 सीटें आती दिख भी नहीं रही है। और साथ ही वंजारा के बयान के बाद जयललीता व चंद्रबाबू भी समर्थन हेतु बड़ी मशक्कत करवाए, ऐसा लग ही रहा है।
सो, तमाम सायकोलोजिकल पहलू का तारण यही है कि यदि बीजेपी की गवर्नमेंट बननी है तो शिवराज सिंह चौहान इन चुनावों बाद प्रधानमंत्री पद के डार्क हॉर्स हो सकते हैं।
यहां यह स्पष्ट कर दूं कि इन तमाम सायकोलोजिकल एनालिसिस के पीछे का मेरा कोई मकसद किसी को ऊंचा-नीचा दिखाने का या किसी का पक्ष लेने का नहीं है। मैं सिर्फ लोगों में सायकोलोजिकल तरीके से सोचने की क्षमता निखारना चाहता हूँ। क्योंकि मनुष्य की बढ़ी सायकोलोजिकल एनालिसिस की क्षमता उसे कहां-से-कहां ले जा सकती है। ...और मैं हर एक का जीवन ज्यादा-से-ज्यादा आबाद देखना चाहता हूँ।

मैं एकबार फिर निवेदन करती हूँ – निर्भया
आज से ठीक एक सप्ताह पहले 14 सितंबर 2013 को इसी ब्लाग के माध्यम से
अवयस्कता की कसौटी पर मेरे साथ सबसे ज्यादा बर्बरता से पेश आनेवाले अपराधी
को कठोर दंड से बचाने का प्रयास न करने का अनुरोध किया था.
मैंने सख्ती के साथ यह सवाल उठाया था कि ‘‘ यह आपका कौन-सा कानून है जिसने मेरे साथ सबसे ज्यादा बर्बर व्यवहार करनेवाले को नाबालिग करार देकर, सिर्फ तीन वर्ष की सजा दी। मैं पूछती हूँ कि उसको फांसी क्यों नहीं?’’ और मुझे इस बात की प्रसन्नता है कि मेरी बात सुनी जा रही है.
आज की खबर के अनुसार सरकार कानून में इस आशय का संशोधन करने का विचार कर रही है कि बलात्कार और हत्या जैसे जघन्य अपराधों के मामले में 16 साल से ऊपर के नाबालिग को वयस्क समझा जाय. मुझे आशा है कि यह नाबालिग अपराधी भी अपने अन्य साथियोँ की तरह उचित सजा जरूर पाएगा. मैं पुनः निवेदन करती हूँ कि इस नाबालिग के साथ भी उतनी ही कठोरता से पेश आया जाए।
क्या उम्र व्यक्ति के कर्म के दायरे का मापदंड तय कर सकती है? अकबर चौदह वर्ष की उम्र में राजा बन गए थे। और वे सबसे बेहतर मुगल शासक सिद्ध हुए थे। मोजार्ट ने पांच वर्ष की उम्र में अपनी पहली धुन बना ली थी। और एडीसन ने आठ वर्ष की उम्र में अपनी प्रथम लेबोरेटरी डाल दी थी। जब नाबालिग की प्रतिभा का आप लोहा मान सकते हैं, तो उसकी क्रूरता का हिसाब उससे क्यों नहीं लिया जा सकता है?
मनुष्य के कर्म उसकी उम्र से नहीं उसकी सायकोलोजी से तय होते हैं। अतः सावधान हो जाओ! बात सिर्फ मेरी वेदना की ही नहीं है, डर नाबालिगों के भटकने का भी है। ऐसा न हो कि अदालत के इस निर्णय से कल देश के नाबालिगों का उत्साह बढ़ जाए। वे यह न सोचने लगें कि कुछ भी कर लो; पकड़े गए तो भी सजा कहां मिलने वाली है? सो मेरी वेदना के सही इन्साफ हेतु भी, और देश के भविष्य हेतु भी; मेहरबानी कर उस क्रूर नाबालिग का भी हिसाब करो...।

Once Again My Last Request! – Nirbhaya
On 14 September, 2013, exactly a week ago, through this blog I had
requested all of you to not allow my most brutal violator to escape
severe punishment on the account of him being a juvenile.
I had strongly questioned "what kind of a law is this which adjudicated my most brutal violator a juvenile and sentenced him to only three years of imprisonment?! I ask, why shouldn’t he be hanged till death?" I am glad to know that my plea is being heard!
As stated in a report this morning, the government is considering law amendments that will see juveniles above 16 years of age accused of heinous crimes like rape, murder etc being tried as adults. I am hopeful that even my juvenile violator will meet the same fate as his other partners in crime. I request you once again, please punish juveniles in accordance with the severity of their act!
Can age be a deciding factor of someone’s wrong-doing? Akbar had become the ruler of India at merely 14 years of age. And he proved to be the best Mughal emperor this country has seen! Mozart had composed his first piece at the age of 5! Thomas Edison set up his first laboratory when he was 8-years-old! When you people can hail the genius of these young guns, why aren’t you holding this rapist accountable for his wrongdoings?
A human being’s deeds are to be judged not by his age but his psychology. We all need to become alert! The case is not merely about my pain, it is also about the youth going astray! Thanks to this court judgement, it shouldn’t happen that juveniles get more indulgent in such acts. They shouldn’t start thinking that no matter what we do, even if we are caught, we are not going to be punished! So my only plea is that, for the sake of justice and the country’s future, please hold even the juvenile accountable for his deeds!

An Incident, That reflects the cruel politics of the country. Think about it and do something.
This is about the incident that occurred at the ashram of the famous
Kripalu Maharaj in Pratapgarh (Uttar Pradesh). The stampede occurred on
4th March 2010 during a function in which 63 people lost their lives.
Undoubtedly, this is a big loss. At that time, Mayawati was the Chief
Minister. On account of this incident,
she immediately alleged that Kriplalu Maharaj was behind the
irregularities and warned him of strict action. The ashram officials
maintained that they had asked for Police bandobast for the function, so
it was the government’s mistake. Okay, this was as far as what
transpired between Mayawati and Kripalu Maharaj, but as the accident
occurred at a Hindu religious leader’s place, there was no question of
Mulayam Singh absolving him. On the other hand, even after 63 people
lost their lives, there was no question of the BJP expressing concerns
or reprimanding Kripalu Maharaj. This is the wonderful politics of this
country. Value of life is worthless against the value of votes.
Ironically however, Rahul Gandhi reached the ashram the next day to
condole the families of the bereaved and spoke with great sympathy and
firmness about ensuring justice for them.
Then what happened that the third day onwards, the issue was sidelined and no one spoke of it. It was as if nothing had happened. Mayawati’s stern action vanished, Mulayams’s demands disappeared and there were no signs of Rahul Gandhi's talks of justice. BJP on the other hand, was quiet earlier and was even now. It seemed like all the top leaders of the country were silenced by Kripalu Maharaj’s shower of blessings. And so silent were they that after three and a half months, on 21 June 2010 when a chargesheet was filed in court about the death of 63 people, Kriplau Maharaj was given a clean chit! Tell me, if you have influence how long does it take for the system to arrive at the truth? For once, we can ignore the investigations and the matter of the chargesheets, but we can definitely ask why does the law discriminate so much against us? If someone in our home or factory suffers even a minor injury, the law and police make our lives miserable. Even when we speak loudly to our house helps, it is considered a big offence. Then why is it that the politicians and Kripalu Maharaj himself have no regrets for the loss of the lives of 63 people? Can their crime not be seen by our laws? It is an open secret that Kripalu Maharaj has good relations with top business families. And now, we also come to know this that this happens time and again only because of a nexus between the three, that is the politicians, religious leaders and the big businessmen. All in all, the laws are no more about providing justice to the people, but have become a tool to harass the common man. And any act committed by any member of this nexus is simply not construed as a crime.
In comparison to the present scenario, we were better off as slaves. We at least got our voices heard at that time. The question is how can we be relieved from all this? Think about it and if you find the solution, let everyone know.

यह प्रसिद्ध कृपालु महाराज के प्रतापगढ़ (यू.पी.) में स्थित आश्रम के एक
हादसे की बात है। यह हादसा 4 मार्च 2010 को हुआ था। और हादसा यह कि आश्रम
में मनाए जा रहे एक फंक्शन के दरम्यान मची भगदड़ में 63 लोग मारे गए थे।
निश्चित ही यह बहुत बड़ी बात होती है। उस समय मायावती यू.पी. की मुख्यमंत्री
थीं। उन्होंने तुरंत इस हादसे हेतु
कृपालु महाराज पर अनियमितता बरतने का आक्षेप लगाते हुए कड़े कदम उठाने की
चेतावनी दी। उधर आश्रम ने कह दिया कि हमने फंक्शन हेतु सरकार से पोलीस
बंदोबस्त का निवेदन किया ही था, सो गलती सरकार की है। यह तो हुई मायावती व
कृपालुजी की बात, उधर चूंकि हादसा एक हिंदू धर्मगुरु के यहां हुआ था, इसलिए
मुलायम के तो उस धर्मगुरु को छोड़ने का सवाल ही नहीं उठता था। दूसरी तरफ 63
लोगों के मर जाने के बाद भी बीजेपी के चिंता जताने या कृपालु महाराज को
कोसने का सवाल नहीं उठता था। यह भी खूब राजनीति है देश की। वोटों की कीमत
के सामने लोगों की कीमत कुछ भी नहीं। यह तो ठीक, पर मजा यह कि राहुल गांधी
स्वयं दूसरे रोज मृतकों के परिवारवालों से सहानुभूति जताने आश्रम पहुंच गए
थे तथा मृतकों को न्याय दिलवाने की बात उन्होंने बड़ी ऊंची आवाज में कही थी।
परंतु फिर तीसरे रोज क्या हुआ कि इस बात की चर्चा ही बंद हो गई। मानो कुछ हुआ ही न हो। मायावती का कानून नदारद, मुलायम की मांग गायब, और राहुल गांधी की न्याय दिलवाने वाली बात तो कहां हवा हो गई, पता ही नहीं चला। इधर बीजेपी तो पहले भी चुप थी, सो अब भी चुप ही थी। यानी कृपालुजी की सबपर ऐसी तो कृपा बरसी कि देश के सारे बड़े नेता चुप। और चुप तो ऐसे चुप कि हादसे के साढ़े तीन महीने बाद यानी 21 जून 2010 को इन 63 लोगों की मृत्यु के मामले में कोर्ट में चार्जशीट भी फाइल हो गई, और उसमें कृपालुजी महाराज को क्लीन चिट भी दे दी गई। बोलो, पहुंच हो तो हमारे कानून को सत्य पता लगाने में देर ही कितनी लगती है? चलो, इन्वेस्टीगेशन और चार्जशीट के मामले को एकबार दरकिनार कर भी दें, पर इतना तो पूछ ही सकते हैं कि फिर कानून की हम लोगों पर इतनी अकृपा क्यों? हमारे तो घर या फैक्टरी में गलती से किसी को चोट भी लग जाए तो यही पोलीस और कानून हमारा जीना मुश्किल कर देता है। यहां तक कि नौकरों से ऊंची आवाज में बात करो तो भी बड़ा गुनाह हो जाता है। तो फिर इन 63 लोगों की जान का नेताओं और खुद कृपालुजी को कोई गम नहीं? कानून को इसमें इनका कोई दोष नजर नहीं आता है? यह तो किसी से छुपा नहीं है कि बड़े-बड़े औद्योगिक घरानों के कृपालुजी से बड़े गहरे संबंध हैं। और यह भी अब हम सभी को मालूम पड़ गया है कि ऐसा सब बार-बार इन तीनों यानी नेता, धर्मगुरु और उद्योगपतियों के नेक्सस के ही कारण होता है। कुल-मिलाकर कानून अब न्याय दिलवाने का नहीं, आम जनता को सताने का जरिया बन गया है। बाकी तो नेक्सस का कोई भी सदस्य कुछ भी क्यों न कर ले, गुनाह बनता ही नहीं है।
इससे तो हम गुलाम ही अच्छे थे। उस समय भी कुछ आवाज तो सुनी ही जाती थी। बस सवाल यही है कि इन सबसे हमारा छुटकारा कैसे हो? आप सोचो, और उपाय नजर आए तो सबको बताओ।
